Improve the dance music for actual dancing. Change the location and long weekends are great. Possible plan an after the banquet event that’s open after 10:00 pm or the final hour. I liked the wine bar, golf, and museum activities. Maybe a concert or professional sports event would be entertaining.
Continue to invite the class of 1972 & 1974 to keep our attendance up and share the cost.

The reunion was wonderful! Yay!

As I expected, the time flew by, and it was seemingly over in the blink of an eye. I’m glad that it started so early (5:30 pm) and had an after-party!

As part of that, I’m glad that the hotel allowed us to congregate in the lobby after 10:00 pm, and even sold us beer and wine by the drink. That was my favorite part of the reunion! It would be great if the next time we could have an after-party like that as part of the plan. If there isn’t an open venue that we can walk to, perhaps someone could get a suite and have an after-party there, and have that announced as part of the program.

The pre-party on Friday night was great also. It was a bit confusing people we didn’t have nametags yet. I can’t meet 30 people all at once and remember who everyone is. No one can!

From what I heard the other events were great also. I’d have gone to the museum at the quarry, but I wasn’t able to. Ditto for the Sunday morning coffee — I slept right through it!

Let’s try unique venues; concerts, professional sporting events, festivals?

Thanks you, thank you, thank you!!!!

The reunion was so much fun! A daytime annual event could be fun too. Something like a harbor cruise or clam bake.

I would be more likely to attend a smaller event. Having only spent 2 years at ABRHS, I just donโ€™t have many people I remember. Looking at the pictures, I only recognized one!

The committee did a stupendous job and you all should be commended for your sacrifice. I’ve done a lot of this type of thing in my time and it’s generally thankless and unknown to most as to how much is involved to bring it together. Thanks again for everything.

I know that it’s hard to plan much in advance, but the sooner we know a date, the easier for those of us from out of town / state to plan accordingly. I’m not sure how Labor Day weekend works for me either, as I got a Hall Pass this year for my 45th wedding anniversary (September 2nd) from my lovely bride, but our 55th reunion would be my 50th anniversary and those Hall Passes are much more difficult to obtain.

You guys did a fantastic job!! The only thing was the music. I did respond about the music but nothing played. But I think I did it wrong. I would have like rock and roll. But thanks guys.

Thanks for all the hard work it took to plan everything.

Sorry I missed the 50th! Looks like it was a lot of fun.

Iโ€™ll definitely help the next one, loved the wine bar – add the extra hour to the event, it ended too soon!

Loved it! Reconnected with old friends made new friends, wonderful! Thankyou!

Music was great, but turn down the volume a little so that people could talk, Thank you so much because we had a ball, Great job!

Great time seeing as many as possible, hats off to the organizers, to all who made the effort to be there. I’ve been calling a few no shows, good conversations! ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I was able to attend only the wine bar event, but had a much better time than I thought I would! Nice to have been remembered, and would love to reconnect – and see more of – those who live in the Acton area, as I have moved back to the family home after retiring.
Thanks for all the work that went into the event!

Thanks to all who put this together!! I had a great time and it was wonderful to see everyone. I’m looking forward to the next one.

So nice to see everybody! Kudos to the organizers, you all did a really good job. Thank you!

Long weekends during the summer are tough for us.

Thank you sir much!

Thank you, it was a great experience!!!!

Outstanding. The video of classmates who have passed, movingly beautiful.
Well organized site. The committee, volunteers did such a great job. From the banner design, web page design, on and on. The video of the reunion, great music captured the spirit, the genuine care for one another. . Still smiling. Needed to be longer for sure. Letโ€™s do it again!

keep trying to reach out and find the rest of our class

I had the best time I could imagine. Loved every second. Thanks to the wonderful organizers and to all who made the effort to join us.

The organizing team was positively amazing โ€“ I wanted to attend even more after being a part of that group (and I’m not even sure how I ended up on it at all)!

I would have invested in a better sound system and made some tweaks to the functionality of the music playlist which seemed to repeat tracks even though we had a massive playlist from people’s submissions (a minor criticism).

We need to continue to publish newsletters and get people who are NOT already registered on the site to do so โ€“ ongoing contact is the only want to make future events happen. Ten years between events is too long.

I think an annual event (one-day, one-night) would be attended by many, and I would make the 2028 55th happen all at one location that we can stay at and have everything happen right there. My two cents!

The experience was great, and so good to see classmates that have traveled a long way to come back to this area to see others in the class of 1973. Also, so interesting to hear the life paths that people have taken and their accomplishments in life and family.

Fun times. Great to see everyone. Kudos to all involved in making the event happen.

Had a great time seeing everyone, looking forward to our next time together I’m retired I’m flexible to travel, though I live in Texas still have family in the area. God bless ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธโœ๏ธ
